Hello. I'm Adam. If you ask me to summarise in one sentence what it is that I do, I would have to say that 'I make things happen'. I love to do things. That could mean cooking a great meal for friends, which I love to do as often as I can, or study International Law and Politics about Outer Space, or launch a multinational diversified organisation in numerous languages simultaneously on several continents. I speak a couple languages myself, and have travelled the world for many years, seeing extraordinary things and talking to extraordinary people about the power of storytelling in professional contexts. Ultimately I am here to help tell better stories- in forms of marketing, strategic communications, tender and bid management, diversity, inclusivity, reconciliation and better business pursuit. I have produced a feature movie or two. I've made a bunch of television (I've even won an Emmy!), I've owned and run award winning multinational marketing and communications powerhouses that have made innovation and change management a part of their everyday culture and Ive had fun owning some outrageous night-clubs and restaurants in a number of countries. I have collegially led businesses large and small, helping companies improve their success with trackable, demonstrable metrics. I am an arts junkie, and in my younger days directed theatre and opera, until i found my true passion with Raku ceramics and sculpting in bronze. I have created my own companies, both large and small which I have sold or given away to people I trust and am often called an entrepreneur, which is nice, as I like being called anything that sounds French. In business I have helped many organisations grow into unique, exciting and successful entities that continue to positively surprise the communities within which they exist.
