Talent Director
Current• Business partner to local office leaders and department heads focusing on compensation, growth & succession, and retention strategies for top talent.• Spearheads training & development initiatives, including management training design and facilitation with employees.• Assists in development and implementation of pay philosophy and facilitates bi-annual pay equity audits to monitor pay practices and proactively address issues.• Drives performance review and real-time feedback processes with department leads and managers, including rollout and implementation of new feedback tools.• Oversees policies, processes, and change management related to benefits, immigration, and leaves of absence.• Partners with internal recruitment leads on open headcount, offer strategies, internal salary benchmarking.• Guides junior Talent staff with best practices and guidance on onboarding and offboarding of employees.
