I have made significant contributions to email marketing efforts by updating and creating automated flows, as well as designing and executing email campaigns three times a week, with a particular focus on mid-month and end-of-month campaigns. I was able to increase their email revenue by 400% over the course of a year (2023-2024) from having no flows and email systems to creating beautiful content through emails nurturing new and existing customers.

I took part in the agency as a Customer Service Representative I, in a Non-Voice Account, Managing Social Media, Live Chats, and Email Customer Inquiries. The agency partners with E-commerce stores and brands pairing them with a suitable agent to support their business. My client under Talent Pop is Aroma360.

I am currently working as Aroma360's Customer Service Agent under TalentPop, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, an average of 80+ tickets during peak season and 40+ tickets during the regular season. Channels include social media, live chats, and emails sent by customers regarding their orders, shipments, payment concerns, tech support, and feedback. I was able to manage customer reviews and social media interactions as well as using Shopify as our main customer service tool. I get to manage emails and do a few email marketing tasks using Klaviyo.

I taught the English language to foreign students as their second language. I have students ranging from 4 years old up to 65 years old. Most of my students were adults who take up Business English as their preferred course. I have been teaching at the company for 4 years now. I use English as my first language in terms of communication and writing.
