Created a custom communications strategy for visiting students that provided action steps after their visit and encouraged on going communication.

Managed real estate assets during their rehabilitation in preparation for future tenants and buyers, and developed marketing communication sequences to produce qualified leads.

Directed the largest student-run missions organization in the United States and oversaw the largest annual student-run missions conference in the nation. Consulted with Biola University Risk Management Task Force to develop a strategic plan for better communication and shared resources between departments. Oversaw and trained 25 student employees and supervised 300+ volunteers.Restructured departments within the organization to holistically meet student needs. Supervised and authorized the re-design the Student Missionary Union website and introduced the use of video marketing to increase the number of volunteers as well as student donations.Served as a liaison between faculty, students, international leaders, external organizations, university donors and administration.
