I lead product management for the Jira team as we transform into the market-leading collaborative work management tool for every team. I'm responsible for a team of ~50 product managers and top-line financial performance of the Jira Cloud business. My focus is on driving a strategic shift for Jira towards cross-functional collaboration, new AI-based capabilities, and improving ease-of-use for SMBs and global enterprises alike.

I took a 6-month sabbatical during the second half of 2023 to reflect on over a decade at Atlassian. What did I do?-Walked or ran 1694 miles and several hundred more mountain biking-Drove over 5,500 miles in the USA and visited 20 states-Visited 6 countries in Europe and covered 1100km of it by train-My wife and I brought 50 of our closest friends and family to Boise for our 5th anniversary-Knocked on 500 of my neighbors' doors to help get our mayor reelected in Boise

I lead a group of 40+ PMs that make up Atlassian's Enterprise Trust product management team, which is charged with developing our enterprise cloud platform across Atlassian's product suite. Our portfolio included data management, data residency, compliance, change management, enterprise-scale administration and analytics, identity and access management, information protection, and more.I was also directly responsible for the success of our Enterprise plans across our cloud products and our Atlassian Access offering and had broad influence on how Atlassian serves enterprise customers across product, marketing, sales, and support.

I am the PM lead for the top-tier Enterprise plans across Atlassian's core cloud products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. I manage a team of senior product managers across a broad portfolio, with a focus on security, change management, and governance at scale. My key responsibilities include planning and delivering our product roadmap, defining positioning and GTM strategy with our PMM and sales teams, and shaping our overall enterprise cloud strategy across our Premium, Enterprise, and Atlassian Access cloud offerings.

I ran marketing beginning with the launch of the Atlassian Marketplace, building a marketing strategy from the ground up and executing it to grow the Marketplace into one of the largest enterprise app stores in the world.I developed and executed a marketing strategy from launch into a enterprise app platform with $30 million in annual sales, including:• Creating marketing content for Atlassian blogs, emails, and events to promote Atlassian’s developer platform and third-party add-ons• Organizing training events and launch strategy for Atlassian’s new development platform• Giving talks to promote Atlassian's add-on ecosystem at Atlassian Summit, AtlasCamp, and numerous Atlassian User GroupsI also handled a number of reporting and analysis responsibilities for the Marketplace team, so I built up an extensive familiarity querying and interacting with both SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
