Managed all relationships with key corporate partners and individuals, raising income through annual membership fees and discrete funding sources. Partners and key stakeholders included Big Lottery Fund Scotland, Scottish Government, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Scotland, Microsoft, Virgin Media, Scottish Water, Visit Scotland, Scottish Enterprise and Sportscotland.

Midlands

Partnerships and business development with key accounts across 23 local authority areas making up one third of England. Building and maintaining key relationships with strategic leads across statutory services in every area. Working closely with politicians, media bodies, decision makers and budget holders to secure participation with BookTrust programmes and identifying opportunities to increase fundraising to secure stability for future years. This included close working with Arts Council England, who provided over £6m annually in project funding.

End-to-end delivery and evaluation of an externally-funded randomised control trial (RCT). Introduced working practices with volunteers and local community service organisations for the charity and managing key stakeholder relationships across 3 local authorities, funders and and universities undertaking independent evaluation.

Annesley

Project Team Leader of Green Deal projects with significant strategic importance worth £5m-£20m, including supervision of virtual teams, account management with significant clients and regulator negotiations. Managed the implementation of new processes to allow E.ON to start early delivery of the Green Deal, mobilising the delivery arm and readying working practices, facilities and equipment.Manager of £1.7m apprenticeship programme, employing 75 young people previously not in employment, education or training (NEET) across 5 different locations and providing them with a bespoke training package alongside an NVQ Level 2 apprenticeship. Delivered in partnership with external training organisation, supervising line management of all apprentices and managing relationships with local authorities. By the programme’s close, 60% of participants had found permanent employment and the highest achievers were recruited directly by E.ON.

Annesley

Worked in partnership with a range of charities and organisations to deliver £4.6million Warm Home Discount project supporting vulnerable customers. Delivery partners included: Age UK, Action for Children, fuel poverty organisations, training and employment firms, customer service centres and heating system installers.

Responsible for all capital development, risk management and development of key relationships with strategic partners.- Families Information Service – Leading a team of 10, writing strategy plans, obtaining grant funding and change management through a period of substantial change and cuts to budgets.Other responsibilities include providing direct executive support to senior leadership, coordinating and authoring strategic service plans across the department, budget management and leadership of virtual project teams.
