Happily connected with SMG as a database developer (MS Access) near college graduation. Started learning SQL Server, and was the 1st DBA at SMG (by title). Learned classic ASP, some HTML and CSS and fell in love with web development. Converted all my MS Access reporting projects (6 clients) to a single web-based system. This change reduced the complexity of the projects dramatically. Project managers could 'create reports' from admin console. This was unheard of with MS Access projects. SMG collected customer comments as mp3s. Created a web app for a remote transcriber to work through the comments. Transcribe while listening, save, the next comment starts playing, etc...
