This included contextual inquiries with employees, customer surveys, and in-person usability tests. Digital Ecosystem for a Specialty Pharmacy Led the design engagement for a $700 million project to improve patient care at Amber Pharmacy. This included an initial discovery phase, a website rebrand, and the development of online portals for their patients, payers, & providers. Crafted a flexible pattern library to be used across the digital platform.
