Esme is an avid observer and listener. She is passionate about the underlying meanings that move people and unlock innovative ideas to improve people’s lives. She believes in the power of design and communications to deliver business growth and make people smile. She is particularly interested in leveraging the value created in ecosystems through platform design.She thinks we should all consider ourselves designers and empower our ability to iterate and improve whatever we do by exercising our empathy and creativity. She is an optimist, an innate adventurer and a collaboration advocate.Esme’s background is in brand strategy and innovation. She has lived in France, Spain, Mexico and the US and partnered with large corporations and startups to solve business challenges. Today she is an independent consultant and collaborates with industry leaders to develop solutions and transform markets. Additionally, she teaches at Parsons School of Design where she coaches the leaders and designers of tomorrow. She spends most of her time in the city of New York.
