Hotwire's goal to align technology and humanity allows them to work with the world’s most distinguished tech brands such as Adobe, Meta, Pinterest, and eBay. I worked with a dedicated creative, digital & strategy team to ignite the possibilities of tech through PR, communications and marketing. As an Art Director for Hotwire, I helped develop new business proposals and pitch presentations, ensuring creative, strategy & competitive research is layered throughout. Using Ceros, I created interactive brand guidelines, landing pages, and social campaigns without the need for a developer.I worked with our VP of Global Marketing team to enhance our brand visually and digitally and showcase our work on social. Also I collaborated with cross-functional teams and brainstormed creative ways to showcase our amazing work while assisting with Event and award submissions, including PRovoke Media Global Agency of the Year, Raglan Best Places to Work, and Agency Elite Top 100.As someone who is fascinated with humans, technology and the role we play in society, I love gathering insights from my team members and hosting important conversations every week. As a creative visionary on Global Marketing, I uplifted the WE brand to create energetic digital experiences that scale to markets around the world. Designed assets for @wecomms social, websites, whitepapers, swag and more. Redesigned Avian WE + WATATAWA Asia websites, in collaboration with Garrigan Lyman Group (GLG) using our content management system, Umbraco.Using the interface design tool Figma, created wireframes, recommended ux/ui improvements, and collaborated with our developers to improve our global website. Joined the C+E team in March 2019 as a Remote Production Designer. Created a wide range of assets including e-books, white papers, and Powerpoint templates for B2B Microsoft sub-brands: Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Hololens 2, and Quantum Computing. Established an infographic style for the Azure brand. Updated Brand Central assets for D365.Starting in June 2019, I began working on the Alchemy Design Studio Team in Bellevue, WA. I was responsible for re-designing the Business Applications Internal Portal, including ux/ui improvements to LiveDrive, and also created a web test drive experience for Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.

As an important member of the creative team, I brought strong design experience and a diverse skill set to serve our B2B clients in tech and SaaS. Produced great ideas quickly to help elevate projects and inspire people around me. Designed a wide range of assets from inception to creation– including infographics, eBooks, custom presentation templates and more.

Stash is all about experience the thrill of something different when you Travel. As their lead designer, I was responsible for all digital design assets for the company– including website, email marketing, and their front desk brochures that sit at 150+ hotels around the US, Canada, and Caribbean. Managed file organization system for all partner hotel photography and all company design asset management. Created MailChimp email templates for new members, as well as a dedicated landing page for Hoteliers.

Responsibilities revolved around managing our repair queue for our store, while providing feedback on repair quality to the Genius Team. Supported repair queues, fixing Mac and Mobile iPhones throughout the busy peak times. I was held accountable to manage part inventory, while supporting Back of House and Front of House operations. Primary contact for customers over the phone, handled and resolved customer service issues and repositioned repair options.In February 2016, I was sent to Apple Corporate for Genius Training in Sunnyvale, California where I became certified for Mac and Mobile device hardware and software.

In addition to providing hardware and software support to customers, part of being a technical specialist for Apple is being able to translate processes so that it's easy to follow and understand. I love working with people and finding the connection between technology and being human in this big digital world!
