Being promoted as RSM in Kusters, I was shouldered responsibility to look after the most escalation prone zones. I had the privilege of handling entire North West belt which included 12 states from J&K to Goa, managed it with 45 on field engineers. Later, with escalation rising in south, I was given the additional charge of South along with West. Ensured repeat escalations were resolved from root cause.
