They thrive.Their business thrives.Their employees thrive.I have seen it both ways.When I graduated and started freelancing I saw exactly how employees should NOT be treated.So in 2014, I started my own company with zero clients.But I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to create….- A place that employees love coming back to.- Clients whose values align with ours.- Be known for world-class hospitality.Over the last decade, I took everything I learned from the age of 12 (when I had my first entrepreneurial stint) and built a multi-seven-figure production company from the ground up. It wasn't always easy….- Imposter syndrome- Low creative vision- People pleasing- BurnoutI had to learn and relearn how to overcome each of these obstacles along the way.It has only strengthened my resolve to lead with compassion, think sustainably, and honor promises to myself and others.My journey has taught me that tenacity matters, but how you show up matters even more.
