As the lead of the Regional Organisational Culture team at Aleph, I am passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience through engagement initiatives and delivering unique experiences throughout the year. I work closely with cross-functional leaders to implement people-focused policies and programs, such as referral programs, engagement policies, leave policies, and training and development.In addition to culture development, I am responsible for managing the regional HR and talent management operations, including building relationships with the team, managing leaves, providing employee training, enhancing productivity, managing stakeholders, and more. My extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes has enabled me to bring in top talent for the business, particularly in design and engineering roles. I am dedicated to ensure the well-being of employees by staying connected and addressing their needs.As a key member of the team, I also manage the in-house Illos+Motion studio alongside my Creative Director to create content that tells meaningful stories of our people and touches on important issues, all while delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

At Aleph, I supported the Regional Happiness Director with the daily administration and operations of human resources and talent management. My expertise in recruitment processes, onboarding and offboarding allowed me to execute end-to-end talent acquisition and bring top-notch talent on board. I also worked closely with the rest of the Happiness (Human Resource and Talent Management) team to assess the pulse of employees and foster a positive work environment, resulting in high employee engagement and satisfaction. As the main point of contact with the CEO, I excelled in coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel for senior leaders to facilitate collaboration and create magical moments for the team. Through exceptional organisational skills, I effectively managed calendars and logistical requirements for seamless operations.

Interned with MSF SSO@Queenstown for 10 weeks under NTU HPAP program, participating in internal/external meetings and workshops to gain a comprehensive understanding of SSO operations and familiarize with VWOs in Singapore. These experiences have provided valuable insights and skills in the field.
