Pre-Sales Architect
Current- Cloud and Managed Services Pre-Sales Architect, serving as a technical Advisor to key stakeholders for Enterprise Customers to deliver customer solutions, strategy collateral, technical roadmaps, and recommendations to.
- Work with customer IT, LOB and C level management to develop an accurate understanding of business needs and challenges, and identify opportunities for enhancements
- Technical Account Management actively supporting the account team with product advice, competitive differentiation, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications
- Assist in implementation of Enterprise wide infrastructure and platform architectures and designs, including Enterprise wide requirements gathering
