At Jotun, I introduced a unified media approach to Paid Media and Social content optimising marketing spend, streamlining workflows and enhancing cross-data sharing. I also initiated a Pilot with a leading SE Asia provider of Local SEO to create an integrated approach to retail, seamlessly connecting our online presence with our offline. My previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager at Estee Lauder Companies allowed me to develop an omnichannel marketing strategy and achieve significant milestones, such as launching Bobbi Brown’s LazMall business and leading Jo Malone London to become the #1 fragrance brand in Malaysia.Living and working in Southeast Asia has granted me strong intercultural communication skills, enabling me to work effectively with diverse teams and bring innovative ideas and inclusive strategies to the table.
