Role of a CIE Coordinator:- Preparing examination schedule, preparing invigilation schedule, preparing seating arrangements and sending requisition for exam requirements, arranging for orientation of teachers - Checking question papers and marking schemes/grading rubrics, sending registration entries of Checkpoint and IGCSE students Orientation of Parents (meeting) and sending letters explaining the programme - Counsel students on appropriate option in selection of subjects. - Regular communication with CIE customer care or behalf of the school. - Registering teachers for teachers support site and efficiently use the same. - Constantly monitor the curriculum update, training programmes and other online assistance from CIE. - Proceed with after exam formalities including any specific inquiries. - Distribution of mark sheet and certificates.
