Charged with coaching small teams of executives during intensive multi-day boot camps at the d.school. Responsible for managing group dynamics, modeling and coaching key behaviors, leading debriefs, and supporting executives as they apply their learnings process improvements, product breakthroughs, and global initiatives upon their return.

Developed and launched the Steelcase Better Futures Fellowship, a team-based accelerator that blends open innovation with a fellowship program. In two years the program has supported 250+ international organizations with its curriculum and accelerated 25 bold ideas addressing inequity in education. The program was a 2021 honoree in Fast Co’s Innovation by Design Awards for Social Good. Developed program strategy and implementation plans. Wrote curriculum and facilitation scripts. Recruited guest lecturers and produced virtual engagements.Co-created a modular curriculum for multiple equitable talent pipeline initiatives that blend design thinking, career exposure, project-based learning, and entrepreneurship. The core curriculum has been adapted to fit a 3-month project-based leadership and innovation program for college students, a 6-month career exposure program with a local high school, and a summer youth employment program.Collaboratively managed a global portfolio of 150+ community partnerships that blend investments of capital, planning, programming, finished product, and skilled volunteerism.Developed and implemented a partner-led impact measurement strategy that helps community partners articulate their theory of change, identify key metrics, and surface insights that are shared with the broader Better Futures Community.

Developed Social Enterprise program including strategic plan, frameworks for expansion, partnership criteria, profit and impact measurement tools. Collaborated with existing programming to integrate components of social enterprise. Designed and developed new business models and training modules for program managers and staff. Formalized the on-boarding training program for employees which is built on human centered design, lean startup and lean manufacturing. Responsible for developing and launching their Public Agency and Step Year initiatives:Public Agency helps public serving organizations build cultures of innovation and equity in through project based engagements. We created the “Community Catalyst” network and training program that hires rising leaders to consult with public projects at the intersection of equity, design, and community engagement. Responsibilities included cultivating community partnerships and managing projects in fields of healthcare (social determinants of health), philanthropy (re-imagine grant-making in communities of color), energy (user experience when transitioning to an electric vehicle), government (community engagement, zoning policy change), education (strategic planning, collective impact facilitation), and housing (redesigning housing security). I also co-developed and facilitated innovation workshops on customer research, problem framing, insight finding, user-centered prototyping, and more. Step Year blends exposure, employment, and education for 18-24yo students looking for a pragmatic way to explore, connect, and support them in their next steps in life and career. Responsibilities included developing curriculum, recruiting and training staff, and overseeing ongoing program adaptation.

Ambrose is a social enterprise aimed at helping high school students explore and fulfill their creative potential. Founding responsibilities included project management, budgeting, marketing, and program development. I recruited over 2,400 volunteer hours of student engagement, and organized 200+ active learning workshops, and worked with colleagues to lead weekly creative workshops in graphic communication, screen printing, illustration, visual storytelling, and more. I expanded operations to include a collaborative artist product line, screen printing production center, and community design lab Our team doubled sales year over year for 7 years.
