I set up and led a team responsible for maintaining and evolving Ableton’s online customer experiences.Highlights:- Steering the overall strategic direction of Ableton’s entire online portfolio, including product marketing, eCommerce, learning and customer support. - Researching product learning needs of new users and exploring ways of meeting them, achieving a significant increase in customer satisfaction at a critical point in their journey.- Implementing ways of visualising the experiences of new and existing customers, helping to more efficiently evaluate the performance of current online offerings and decide on priorities.

Highlights:- Evolving Ableton’s primary website and internal services, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across marketing, sales and support.- Leading the redesign and build of Ableton.com, supporting the successful release and sale of multiple new music-making products.
