Works with the Director from R&D to delivery. Seeks and staffs a 65-100 person creative team and crew. Uses the latest technology to develop a specific look and style for each project. Reviews schedules to identify risks and mitigate issues. Examines project setbacks and generates cost effective solutions.

Modified and revised the animation workflow to meet the needs of an aggressive production schedule. Managed out of house productions. Worked with the Director and the legal team to ensure all creative content met legal standards while maintaining the creative integrity of the piece.

Collaborated and prioritized with all departments to meet the creative needs of the show. Coordinated and prioritized the Director’s tasks. Established and instituted the Puppet Fabrication workflow and approval process, as well as the purchase and purchase order process.
