During my academic journey in Property Valuation, I had the opportunity to join Apex, a dynamic project development sales agency and property management firm. Within this role, I had the opportunity to collaborating with my General Manager to successfully launch and promote residential projects, with a primary focus on engaging overseas buyers, including esteemed industry leaders such as Mirvac and Lendlease.I took on the responsibility of managing a diverse portfolio comprising residential and commercial properties situated in prominent locations, including Darling Harbour, Sydney CBD, Zetland, North Sydney, and Dockland in Melbourne.One of the most rewarding aspects of my role was representing our clients in legal proceedings at the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
