I continued to perform the previous responsibilities and tasks for the EVP, CFO/COO. I also regularly assisted the President/CEO on an as-needed basis. I onboarded and provided training for five C-level suite Executive Assistants during my tenure at J.Jill.
Executive Assistant
I supported the EVP, CFO and the VP of Finance at J.Jill. I provided C-suite level support with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other projects or tasks as required. I was co-liaison to our Board of Directors in partnership with the CEO's Executive Assistant. For a period of time, I acted as interim support for the Interim CEO and the SVP of Human Resources. During my time at Rockport, I provided Executive Support for our company's Brand President, SVP of North America Wholesale, VP of North America Specialty, SVP of International & Retail, General Manager of Dunham & Aravon, and the North America Sales Teams. As a Campaign Officer in Brigham and Women's Hospital's Development Office, my role was an incredible learning experience. I gained valuable knowledge of running a $1 billion fundraising campaign from behind the scenes. The most challenging yet rewarding responsibility was managing our volunteer Campaign Board which included various executive-level leaders from the Boston area. During this time, I also created numerous tracking systems for our fundraisers to organize and record campaign activities, such as campaign proposals, signature naming opportunities, and other vital information related to our day-to-day operations.
