Redefined design roles in the company, advocating the expansion of design to be more involved in strategy, prioritization, and planning. Designed and delivered a new Mindfulness product that saw high interest from our users (80% opt in) and a conversion rate improvement of 60%.

I worked on both editorial and sales projects that involved UI/UX and visual design. My projects included designing microsites, wireframing the application submission flows for Incbiznet, and designing and building static and interactive banner ads.
