Building something new - stay tuned. Previously built Rizzle. As a SaaS platform for publishers and amateur video creators, Rizzle uses AI to simplify the editing required to make great videos. As an entrepreneur, I've built multiple products, B2C and SaaS. I'm very proud of the teams we've built and nurtured. Our most successful consumer platform (the b2c version of Rizzle) had 80M downloads, 34M MAUs, and 10M creators. Rizzle templates brought 15 seconds of fame to thousands of creators, resulting in over 6B views on Reels. In corporate America, I built teams from scratch and shipped products you've experienced. In 2007, I started the journey in context by ushering Qualcomm into this area. I built the context aware research team at Qualcomm from scratch, created a scientific advisory board with some of the world's sharpest minds in academia in machine learning, context and semantic web and changed the way Qualcomm viewed software. If you own a phone with Snapdragon chipsets (chances are you do!), you have experienced some of this technology my team and I brought to location and other parts of the stack. Subsequently at Google, I built an always-on location and context team for Android that focused on bringing 24x7 context sensing and interpretation. Among other things, I championed Google's effort to build the dedicated context hub - hardware running highly optimized algorithms for efficient sensing. If you've ever carried an Android phone, you've experienced some of this technology through location services, sensors, Google Now, Google Fit or through some of the plethora of apps that use the APIs we built. In my (1)20% time, I also played an advisory role in building the context engine that powered the original Moto X. I have ~75 issued patents and over 100 pending patent applications.
