* Procurement management starting from assessing and defining the requirements, establishing purchasing policy and providing optimal solutions to the different departments while initiating cost reduction processes.* Managing vendors and sub-contractors: conducting market research, selecting vendors, bid management, complex negotiations and signing agreements.* Providing prompt and professional response to on-going complex logistics and supply issues.* Initiating and implementing cost reduction processes and promoting them with vendors.

* Managing the company's inventory including the preparations of forecasts for the manufacturing companies' purchasing managers, managing spare parts' inventory for 24/7 customer service and RMA&DOA services with manufacturers and business affiliates.* Procurement management including importing products and licenses and creating collaborations with potential manufacturers.* Creating and implementing on-going work processes with the company's manufacturers and affiliates including the preparation of work plans and common objectives.* Working closely with the Customs and legal authorities to import merchandise.* Preparing quarterly marketing plans for each manufacturer and for the company's strategic business partners.* Organizing and producing events, conferences and workshops.
