My work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. As a maintenance engineer, I need ensure that all the machine and equipment run smoothly and reliably. Responsible on planning with production department for undertaking scheduled maintenance. Performed process improvements and collaborated with other departments to cut down the machine breakdown. Scheduling of contractors to perform maintenance and inspection to assure facilities equipment in good working condition. I also need to train new production team leader and new production technician for machine setup and minor breakdown. Have knowledge for Internal Auditor for ISO9001 and ISO14001.

As a Field Application Engineer, I am the link between development, customer and sales. My responsibility is to generate technical solutions and successfully implement them at the customer. Handle Energy Monitoring System, Energy Baseline Study and Energy Saving Solution.Preparing project proposal, quotation and project baseline report.

My work involve in Comprehensive Energy Audit, Power Quality Solution and Energy Saving Solution. Preparing project proposal, quotation and project report. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving the problems . Need to take care of contractor that handle the project. As an Equipment engineer I need to evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze and improve equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment Need to ensure there is no loss time accident, no equipment damages and all the machines are ready within the time period given by customer. Supporting NPI group for new product development. Resolve line issues, for example study and provide solution for any quality reject found cause by the machine.

Maintain and service the equipment of printing and flexible packaging machine .Solve customer’s problems concerning machine and spare part . I also make regular courtesy visit to customers place as well as making recommendation on regular maintenance and provide suggestions for better performance. Troubleshoots and repairs instruments and identifies technical problems and system issues.
