At Ilmarinen, I have been at the forefront of renewing the service concept for vocational rehabilitation for individual clients, which has required a deep understanding of customer-oriented service design and the ability to competitively tender service providers. Our goal is to deliver effective vocational rehabilitation services and help employees return to work. This work is meaningful from an individual's perspective but also has societal significance.In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also serve in Ilmarinen's internal coaching network. My role involves leading the effort to enhance our department's staff expertise and professional skills. I work closely with our HRD and coaches from other departments to strategize on implementing our organization's skill development strategy and bringing our brand's values to life through practical actions. We develop a range of training programs for the organization, such as training for employees who oversee orientation processes.

At Y4, I embraced the challenge of building two new business areas from the ground up: career coaching services for public sector and change coaching services for the private sector. Creation and development of a coaching concept for highly educated job seekers applying for recruitment training programs as well as F.E.C. programs (Digital Growth Academy - With Google, DigiExpert, SAP, etc) using service design methods. The concept was created in collaboration with the management of the customer organization and the HR personnel.

Coaching young people with different kinds of learning difficulties and/or challenges caused by social marginalization. Teaching self-esteem and learning and thinking skills with appreciative inquiry and solution focused approach. Trainer (6-8/2010) in AKO Plus service for clients of Employment Counselling for Youth. As clients of Employment Counselling for Youth, all clients were between 17 and 20 years old. Clients were affected by challenges caused by unemployment, child protection clienthood and risks of getting socially excluded.
