My main focus currently is on leading an AI research project

I focus on creating impactful learning initiatives that drive organizational change. My responsibilities include for example: - Designing learning experiences that drive change- Managing projects from concept to completion- Building strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop relevant training content. - Customizing training methods and content to suit diverse learning needs and goals- Providing consultation and support to clients to enhance their learning experiences.

I was a member of our management team and a member of the school board. Additionally I trained teachers in digital learning environments and helped them implement the new curriculum. I was also the student council instructor.

Digitalising, planning, producing and renewing the content aimed for schools and teachers. (Aamulehden koulumaailma) I created videos, lesson plans, tips for teaching multiliteracy. I also participated in event planning.
