As part of Horváth's global procurement practice and leadership team I am responsible for procurement optimization and transformation projects for our clients across multiple industries - from small and medium-sized companies to large international corporations.A major area of expertise lies in the organizational and process-related optimization of procurement functions (incl. SSC/GBS). Furthermore, I am also driving the digital transformation within procurement (Source-to-Contract, Purchase-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Contract Management, etc.), leading cost reduction programs for direct as well as indirect spend and anchoring procurement sustainability roadmaps & concepts within the procurement function!
