Involved/led qualifying & approving Indonesia Aerospace (IAe) hard anodizing process with Airbus UK Approval Board for A380 Metallic Packages. - Delivered essential contributions to the A350 XWB Bidding Process, with the company winning and being awarded the DS10 Package from SPIRIT EUROPE (valued at $52M USD). - Helmed elimination of critical Sandwich Panel problems (i.e. Honeycomb Core Crush & Porosity on Composite Panel), achieving satisfactory quality assessments 18 days ahead of schedule. - Guaranteed the best possible results for various Kaizen/Lean activities for the A380 FLELP Project; led the removal of few core stabilization processes for few panels Saving USD $40K, and improved current process flow to save USD $30K. - Elected to lead various time-sensitive modification tasks on A380 Aircraft to start from MSN 003, 5, 7 & etc., consistently supporting Airbus UK on modification activities (Composite Panels and Metallic Parts) - Guided Manufacturing Engineering efforts during Freighter A380F development (valued at $12M USD), managing the project to completion from design B & C Scheme until pre-FPQ. - Orchestrated elimination or zeroizing of ‘delamination’ problems on A320 Leading Edge (LE) panels when the material resins were changed from 914C to 8552 Resin Systems. - Led significant reduction in weight & increased panel’s durability, overseeing the A320 Overwing & A320 Spoilers Modification and changing current Pre-preg material to New Pre-preg system (8552).
