CurrentI have been working as an end to end recruiter for both EBU & CBU division of ThinkPalm. My roles & responsibilities starts Right from receiving the JD and interacting with Stakeholders for understanding what they exactly needs.Sharing the Job posting in different platforms like Linkedin, Hirist,Naukri,other social media platforms & employee referral groups. Sourcing right candidates from different sources like Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals etc..Interacting with candidates for screening the right candidate which matches our requirements .Coordinating the interviews and speeding up the process. Updating the status of application & feedback of interview to the candidate on timely basis. Speeding up the offer process by collecting the necessary docs from candidate and sharing it with Management on time.Keeping the offered candidates warm until they join us.Sharing the daily updates to stakeholders on each position raised through mail & in the stand up calls .Maintaining Joiner details & PR Forms of every month joiners. Collecting the first salary feedback after they joined.I always ensure my best to fill the position on quick turn around time and within the budget fitment of the organization.I ensure to meet the target assigned to me most of the time & i have got appreciation from management couple of times for highest number of offers & joiner on weekly & monthly basis.
