Mr. Helou is the Founder and CEO of immunizeLABS LLC, a nutritional supplements manufacturing company whose mission is to apply proven methods that boost the immune system and lower the viral count allowing the body to heal itself.Mr. Helou has spent the last 15 years advising companies on maximizing strategic technology investments. Prominent firms that have relied on his recommendations include Lenox Hill Hospital, the NYC chapter of the Bill Gates Foundation, NYC area medical practices and hedge funds.Mr. Helou also served as a board member of eHMO Inc and eInsurancePlatform.com, a Web-based application service provider for the insurance industry.He is the founder and CEO of Globotron, a ASP multi-channel direct marketing technology firm that began operations in 1998. After successfully launching Globotron, Mr. Helou expanded its operations by raising $1 million in investor capital and formed strategic partnerships with Xerox, IBM and Cisco.Mr. Helou held several positions in the technology industry including, CTO of emergingmed.com, a clinical trial matching engine and Technology Advisor at Medscape prior to IPO. He helped resolve scalability issues that led to 1 million users paving the way to a successful IPO.Prior to starting Globotron, he was a technology expert in the Advanced Technology Group of Arthur Andersen LLP. His primary responsibilities were web development and knowledge management solutions. He ran worldwide technology projects for billion-dollar companies.Mr. Helou held a strategic role at GHI. He established detailed strategic plans to deploy company-wide Document Imaging and Asset Management System. Mr. Helou was part of the original engineers at Cabletron Systems Inc. in 1988. Cabletron started in a small garage and grew to a multi-billion-dollar company. He holds an MBA from New Hampshire College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of New Hampshire and PMP from Project Management Institute.
