The primary objective of HHDC is to provide continuous livelihood to its members.As a workers service cooperative, HHDC is duly registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH and Local Government Units.HHDC has received several recognitions and awards for its continuous support to the different Local Government’s Public Employment Services Offices (PESO) and for its community development programs.
