I believe that the relationship between the microbes and their environment is highly specific and that the way we discover, design, test, interpret, advise, and use these solutions requires progressive methods and novel ways of thinking. My interest in new technologies such as AI and data science, coupled with adept project management, highlights my leadership style; progressive, supportive, and dedicated to people and projects within agricultural innovation.🔬 Educational Background:PhD in environmental microbiology, with a focus on soil microbes unlocking organic phosphorus (biofertilizers) from the the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Post-doctoral post at the Technical University of Denmark, working on identifying fungal strains with novel secondary metabolites for biocontrol purposes. 🌎 International Experience:Studied and conducted research in diverse environments across the globe: Canada, Brazil, Germany, Denmark, and Austria.
