Master's degree in Regulation and Business Management from the University of Brasília (2013) and Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Itajubá (2009), he is the Director of Regulation at TR Soluções, being responsible for the company's technical area regarding the regulation applied to the Brazilian electric sector. Since 2022, he has been a professor of the Electric Energy Tariff Formation course in the MBA in Business Management for the Electric Sector at the Integration College of Higher Education of the Southern Cone (FISUL). He worked for seven years at the Brazilian Association of Large Industrial Energy Consumers and Free Consumers (Abrace) as an electric energy specialist, actively participating in methodological discussions and dozens of tariff review processes of electric energy distributors since the second cycle of tariff reviews. He also worked on the construction, discussion, and improvement of regulations by Aneel, decrees, and ordinances of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), as well as provisional measures and bills.
