I enjoy motivating teams to achieve success and am committed to quality (and an element of fun!) in all I do. My experience spans across a variety of areas, including PR and communication, workforce development, finance, support operations, internal compliance, safety and security. From the detail work to the big picture, I thrive using a systems approach that considers it all to navigate complex issues. I also have a keen interest in the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts of organizations to create stronger teams.I have a passion for lifelong learning and am currently pursuing my PhD in organizational leadership. I hold a bachelor's degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a master's degree in communication and leadership studies. In addition to my formal education, I am Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America.
