I am passionate about Training and Education in a VET setting, providing the right skills and knowledge to the diverse characteristics of learners in vocational education that enable them to succeed in their professional careers and achieve goals. I am working as an academic coordinator, and my primary responsibilities are to oversee academic activities and programmes aligned with the organisation's goals and the standards and requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies. Further, I provide support and guidance to students according to their individual needs, liaising with faculty staff. I also worked as a hospitality Trainer and Assessor for one and a half years, where I shared my experiences and knowledge with passionate aspiring hospitality professionals. Throughout my career, I have worked as a concierge, room attendant, kitchen hand, and Commis Chef to CDP (Chef de partie) in various establishments in Perth. I love working in the hospitality industry, which I discovered after coming to Australia. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in commerce with a double major in hotel Management and HR Management. I am now studying for an associate's degree in adult and vocational education at Charles Sturt University (CSU) to enhance my teaching skills further. I am a highly conscientious and diligent individual, which has always helped me achieve my personal and professional goals. My greatest strengths for success are my positive attitude, professionalism, work ethic, resilience, and passion for what I do. Additionally, I firmly stand for THREE fundamental values: Transparency, Integrity and Respect. I firmly believe that the adult learning environment should be open to new perspectives and experiences—more importantly, it should be challenged by ideas and concepts.
