• Review all applicable Drawings and Standards & prepare Quality control plan for customer approval.• Carry out in process inspection, coordination with customer or TPI for the scope of inspection.• Preparation of Weld map & Weld plan as per Drawing.• Experiences in Manufacturing "U" stamp Certified Equipments. • Third Party/AI Handling Experience of Lloyd's Register , BV, Tuv. • Responsible for all inspection activity carried out till the final stage.• Handling Inspection of Incoming Raw Materials and Stage Wise Inspection of all Manufacturing and Fabrication work while coordinating with technicians and contractors.• Stage wise fabrication inspector like material verification, Pressure Parts fit-up, Non Pressure Parts Fit up, welding, visual inspection, Nozzle set up, Weld visual, Dished end Inspection, Cut out Marking, all set up as per Drawing, final Dimension, Pneumatic Test, Hydro Test, Draining and Drying, Name Plate Verification, DFT after Painting, Surface Preparation, Pickling & Passivation, Painting Inspection, Dispatch Inspection. • Taking care of all QA / QC documents as per Client Specification / Codes / Standards and preparing all quality related documents.• Responsible for identifying nonconformity if any during various stages of inspection and disposition of the same.
