Being part of CoE team and driving the TimePay Project with a wide array of responsibilities: Business administration: Designing project plans, handling daily operations, bringing teams together to work for a common goal and solving operational problems Business collaborations: Evaluate and plan strategic tie-ups, build engagement model and add a revenue stream to existing business. Networking and Partner Relations: Collaborating with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to foster payment innovations in TimePay. Research and business analysis: Conduct research and develop comprehensive engagement models, including technical and risk analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT, go-to-market strategies, and business models.

KRA:-Strategic Initiatives: Planning and executing strategic initiatives to create business value for NPST’s products and solutions. Partner Relations: Managing relationships with regulatory bodies, clients, and vendors to drive collaborations supporting payment innovations and upscale the organisation’s payment stack. Product Development: Developing product concepts for the banking vertical and acting as a product administrator for short-term projects for existing clients. Business Engagement: Conducting research for the TimePay product, developing engagement models, handling end-to-end client engagement cycles, and presenting requirement reports with implementation plans. Data Analytics: Leveraging data analytics for business reviews and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Liaise and coordinate with Fund Houses for raising funds including Documentations, data analysis, preparing business decks and database management. • Assisting CEO for Departmental reviews and coordinating with different teams in guidance to ensure quality and on time delivery of the projects.• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly review mechanism until the completion of planned tasks. Escalate the issue with the appropriate authorities and summon the non-performers. Maintain dashboard and present dashboard in weekly review and bring it to conclusive closure. • Analyzing and creating summarized reports for understanding the progress and decision making.• Create product decks and marketing content for B2C product launch in 2019.• Develop trust-based relationships with clients/vendors as per the business approach • Executed short term projects by creating the directions, operational plan and executions. • Research and development on existing & new projects along with competitor analysis.
