With over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, I am a seasoned risk management professional with a passion for financial analysis and accounting. I have a strong academic background in finance, having completed my M.Com, PGDBF, CAIIB, DCA,Cert in NISM-Currency Derivatives and CFA 3 levels. I am currently working as Asst. General Manager at INDIAN BANK, where with a team of Compliance Officers to ensure the bank's compliance with regulatory and internal policies.In my current role, I oversee the Compliance Functions and Compliance Risk Assessment covering various products ,process and segments. I use my analytical skills and financial knowledge to monitor, measure, and mitigate the risks associated with the bank's portfolio and operations. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide compliance risk reports, insights, and recommendations. I have successfully implemented several risk management initiatives and tools, such as risk dashboards, stress testing, Asset Liability Management ,Capital Computation , Portfolio Analysis and scenario analysis, to enhance the bank's risk culture and performance.
