Current• Induction and on boarding /complete documentation for new joinings.• Joining letters, CTO structure, Deputation letters, Relieving & experience certificates, Discontinuation letters.• Managing payroll inputs for 750 employees PAN India.• Maintaining MIS• Maintaining attendance and leave records• Handling ESIC and PF complainces.• Maintaining data for EL & Gratuity for all employees. • Facilitating the documentation required for project audits time to time.• Handling the project closures PAN India.• Responsible for handling the queries related to PF.• Managing the group medical insurance coverage/claims/refund for the staff.• Responsible for data management on HRMS.Worked on HRMS like: ERP, FactoHR, Webtel & Emplify.
