Worked with Bilinguals Inc.( Child and Parent Services) as a Speech language pathologist. Worked in the Article 16 project thereby imparting Speech therapy services to MRDD Population.Also worked in old age homes and child care centres to provide speech therapy services. Under the Early Intervention Programme worked with the pediatric group (0-3) yr old for imparting Speech therapy home based services and family training and counselling sessions for the families and care takers along with other rehab team professsionals. Attended NYC Education department IFSP( Individualized family Service Plan) meetings as a representative and provided guidelines about the Speech training methods and services to be granted. Also conducted speech evaluations by standardization testing procedures for EI and Article 16 group.

Worked as SRF at AIIMS to develop a training manual for rehabilitating Cochlear Implantees in a project funded by the Ministry of social justice and empowerment. Provided regular Pre and Post Operative screening, diagnostic evaluation and Mapping Therapy procedures along with Auditory Verbal Therapy to Clients with Cochlear implants.

Provided pre and post operative rehabilitation therapy to clients with speech and hearing impairment.
