Development of stratification intelligence tool useful for prioritizing groups of patients by various conditions and interventions and helps in analyzing the health and cost information by providing a forecast of spend for the patients based on the current actual spend 2. Full life-cycle of business-layer server software in C# and MySQL database, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging and maintenance. This software is implemented in C# and uses a framework to provide data layer abstraction so allowing support for different database vendors (MySQL, Oracle and MS SQL). The business layer performs a wide variety of operations ranging from the management of complex data structures representing organisations, patients, configurable telehealth question sets, through the analysis of physiological data using signal processing techniques to extract and classify features, the generation of graphics for interactive, telehealth data browsing and PDF reports, through to testing for alert conditions and delivering these via diverse mechanisms (SMS, email, pager and 3rd party clinical systems using B2B interfaces)
