With seven years of research and engineering experience in Signal Processing, Estimation, Control Theory, and Machine Learning, I am a Lead Engineer at GE Research, where I apply my expertise to renewable energy projects. I have a PhD and two MS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mathematics from the University of Iowa.My current focus is on developing real-time estimation, optimization and control algorithms for offshore wind turbines, which are challenging and complex systems that require high performance and reliability. I work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to create novel tools and methods that can enhance the efficiency and sustainability of offshore wind energy. I am passionate about finding innovative and effective solutions for real-world applications and contributing to the global transition to clean energy. I value the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts from different backgrounds and perspectives. I am driven by the quest for knowledge, creativity, focus, perseverance, respect for work, gratitude, and empathy for others.
