• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly & yearly complete sales tracker. • Preparing FOS, Account & Area wise daily acquisition tracker. • Preparing comparison reports on acquisitions.• Prepare & analyzing territory wise acquisition reports. • Explain the CAF filing and plan details to new sales people.• Allotment of New Mobile Numbers for Customers. • Solving general queries of the customers online & over phone.• Preparing & maintaining of reports on quality acquisition. • Coordinating with FOS while they are on field.

• Maintain a direct relationship with the Bank pertaining to all export/import procedures and documentation.• Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.• Prepare suppliers’ contracts and getting the same validated and filed.• Prepare and file all documentation and relevant email correspondences in line. • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth cargo operations.• Prepare freight invoices and receipt vouchers for freight received.• Track electronically the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same.• Prepare and submit statistical reports to the management.• Handle other trading duties. Handle export documentation and have full knowledge about invoice, Certificate of origin, packing list and other export documentation. • To co-ordinate with plant for cargo details / cargo packaging and confirm to customer’s.• Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments originating in the other countries to destinations globally, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial.• Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations• Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports.• Process shipments on Fedex and UPS system.• Produce labels and other documents for domestic shipments.• Transacting of daily shipments and Keep work area clean and organized.
