o Maintaining invoices and Deliver challan.o Ensuring the inventory matches the ledger.o Coordinating shipment to and from the sub-contractor. o Following up on open purchase order.o Maintaining up to date information on the system.

o Banking Domain with over 1 year and 2 months of experience in Process Operations, Client Relationship Management, Quality control, Escalation Management, communication with frontend business, MI preparation, and training newbies.o The primary purpose of the job is to procure and validate the KYC (Know Your Customer) documents & carry out the customer due diligence process for Corporate Customers Analyze and ensure all AML and global standards are met. Analyzing the customer’s data by doing the negative news search o Monitoring all data entry operations, ensuring compliance to timeframe, and maintaining effective professional relationships with staff.o Training new joiners to the team, bringing them to speed on process knowledge and ensuring their timely onboarding.o Handling calls and Reports from the Quality assurance team, Front end business team, Stakeholders & Concurrent auditors, and other audits teams.
