I am working at AI Software LLC Ahmadabad office as a Director. Apart from regular development activities, I am responsible for overall operations of the Ahmedabad office which includes managing an offshore team at Ahmedabad office, communicating with the on-site clients, preparing RFPs, design documents, estimations for the projects, quality control, process setup and implementation etc. I also take care of smooth execution (from design to delivery) of our ongoing project spanning across various technologies like .NET, Java, Telerik, mobile, Magento, Python, Pentaho, Reporting, Hadoop etc.

As a module lead, I was responsible for analyzing, designing and developing of assigned modules from scratch based on existing legacy application. As a team lead, I was responsible for managing team of five people. Apart from development I wasinvolved in task assignment, overall module progress monitoring and resolving technical and functional impediments faced by team.Important achievement of the project was that we were able to reduce the page load time from 5-10 seconds of legacy web application to 2 seconds in new web application. This was made possible because of proper usage of Industry best practices and guidelines and the robust and pluggable module level framework created by me. It helped the team to use the framework based on the need.

I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the various GWT and SmartGWT based projects of DivX for the DivXTV platform. DivXTV was one the pioneer of the Smart TVs before Apple and Google.I was also responsible for content aggregation of various online content providers. We reduced the new content provider integration time from a week to 15-20 hours.I was also responsible of the maintaining and documenting Quality and Configuration aspects of CMMI process.

As a developer I was responsible for the development of various modules of the MBOSS ERP application.This system was developed in Oracle JDevloper and Oracle ADF framework was used with Oracle database. This was the primary application to support main business of the company.

I was working on Call Information system module as a developer with Idea. Main aim of the project was to generate the call log information based on the external users request. This module helped back end team to generate the call log reports in real time.
