I was teaching in Management colleges (MBA) for many years. (14+?) I had felt the need to do something that would be satisfying and constantly challenging. I tried my hand in training, but with my profile, I was way too far from the line of action, I was only to take a very supervisory role. Not too stimulating! Then, this came. I am bang in the center of action, both the sides of the brain have to work, deadlines and targets are there, but they don't kill you here. You still can hold on to your sanity. There is scope for creativity& initiative. Innovation is tolerated. Just that I need some time to get the hang of the place, you see, things like working directly for the person who pays me. This is good. (or, Gut!)Specialties: Creative thinking, Event management, Idea generation, Subtle, but staunch Marketing skills, counselling, Image management.
