It all started with a piece of cloth. Tied at the waist as a basic protection against the natural elements. As time unfurled, this piece of cloth was spun in a 1000 ways , woven in a 1000 more and draped in a 1000 more giving birth to one of the oldest garments alive today, in the closet of every Indian woman , anywhere in the world- the saree. The single garment made today that lasts for generations can be a truly sustainable way , if revived in its original form and glory, to clothe the world and that sheer thought is what made me start up on my own! The world today doesn’t need just long lasting garments, it needs garments that are truly trendy across generations and made with a great attention to detail and supreme respect to quality.
