As a Business Analyst for SS&C’s (NASDAQ: SSNC) market-leading investment accounting and asset servicing software HiPortfolio, I have delivered a number of customisations and enhancements for key enterprise clientele. I immersed myself in different client environments, adhering to different brand/industry standards, regulations and processes to capture client vision and identify, elicit and document requirement to drive project deliverables. My contributions include: - Led BA tasks from project initiation to implementation for a major project (Agile) that was co-funded by BNP Paribas Australia, JP Morgan Australia and Curo Fund Services South Africa that enhanced HiPortfolio reporting capabilities for tax withheld and tax reclaimable. - Delivered a project (Agile) that enabled JP Morgan Australia automating 7-unit pricing static data entry processes where I conducted requirement gathering, solution design, functional specification and quality assurance tasks. - Delivered a project (Waterfall) that enabled China Life (a large state-owned financial insurance enterprise in China) to administer Chinese repurchase securities using a new interest accrual method. The project team was a cross-functional team that include members from Australia, Thailand and China.- Delivered a project (Waterfall) for National Australia Bank that streamlined their distribution components processing.

As a Senior Software Developer I became a Subject Matter Expert in the brand’s leading software product- HiPortfolio, an award-winning investment accounting and asset servicing solution that used by third-party administrators, asset managers and insurance firms in more than 35 countries to account for complex local, regional and global processing and tax requirements.
