Heman started his career in structural concrete as a student intern, working for Todd Volheim at his family’s company. After graduating from the Rinker School at the University of Florida, Heman went on to be part of the successful procurement and construction of dozens of large commercial projects, from high-rise residential to high-profile healthcare buildings.Today with over two decades of experience, Heman oversees the procurement and execution of all UFI projects in South Florida. During the Pre-Construction process, he assists clients with structural system selection, site logistics, and the development of project schedules and budgets. Throughout the construction phase, he leads UFI’s project teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality expectations are achieved.
